5. Error message when attempting to pay via eft?

The error you are receiving is due to a block on your AVG anti-virus software.

Please try adding the SID application URL to your exception list by following the steps below:

  1. Open the AVG user interface

  2. Click Tools->Advance Settings

  3. Click Resident Shield->Exceptions...

  4. Please click the ADD PATH button on the right-hand side.

  5. Follow the path below to add the SID application: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0

6. My upload keeps failing at 9%?

The reason the upload is failing at 9% is because your firewall is blocking your BK Photo Books upload from completing your order successfully. Please follow the simple steps to convert your photo book into a zip file and upload via our BK PHOTO BOOKS Dropbox.

1.

Cancel the order and start the order process again. The software should hold all your information so the only thing you would need to change is on step 4: Instead of saying you will upload the order via the internet, you need to select the option : i will bring the order myself.

2.

Once you have selected this option, carry on through the order steps by clicking on the blue arrow.

3.

When you get to step 7 the software will create a zip file of your order which you will need to upload via our Dropbox.

4.

Please follow the link to our WeTransfer so you can upload your zip file directly to us.

Email:info@bkphotobooks.co.za

5.

Please email your proof of payment and order number to info@bkphotobooks.co.za once the upload has been successfully completed.

NB. Do not change the name of the file, as it is very sensitive and will not open our side if anything is changed!!

7. Failed Online Payment?

When going through the order process you may encounter online payment issues. If this is the case, a pop up message will appear telling you that the online payment was not successful. To get past this please click on the "Skip online payment" button as it will then start to upload your album. Please ensure that you email info@bkphotobooks.co.za for the banking details so that you may make a manual payment for your Photo Book, as production of your photo book can only begin once proof of payment has been received.

8. You have created the incorrect photo book?

If at any stage you realize that you have created the incorrect photo book. Do not worry, you can take your existing album created and convert it into a different album type.

You will need to open up the photo book you require to convert. Go to "File", "Create another copy". a pop up message will then appear asking you if you would like to create an "exact copy". You would select NO and then select the album type that you would like to convert your album to. Please note that if you change the orientation of your album from a portrait to a landscape (or visa versa) the pictures may need to me readjusted to fit the converted layout.
